The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt in the presence of the courier and to inform the Shop by e-mail within 6 hours of any irregularities found, which may be the responsibility of the Shop, with the obligation to provide and send appropriate photographic documentation, under pain of recognizing that the irregularities described later do not place the Shop at fault.
1. The Seller informs that he is obliged to deliver goods free of defects. 2. Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services by the Seller or regarding purchased goods can be submitted in writing to the Seller's address provided above or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: patyna.import@interia.pl3. The complaint should include: the order number (or other data allowing it to be identified), the Customer's contact details enabling a response to the complaint, and a description of the event underlying the complaint. 4. The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt by the Seller.
